Founded in November 2025 as the successor to CodeX Solutions, CodeX Technologies builds on client work dating back to 2019 - more than 50 sites and applications for over 35 clients, from startups to enterprise platforms.

From Freelance Practice to CodeX Technologies
- 2019
Client Work Begins
The founders start delivering websites and software for clients - the practice that became CodeX.
- 2021
Working as CodeX Solutions
In October 2021 the team takes the CodeX Solutions name and grows into a web, mobile, and cloud agency.
- 2025
CodeX Technologies Founded
On November 1, 2025 CodeX Technologies is founded as the successor to CodeX Solutions, with its own registration and a formal CTO role.

Enterprise reporting and dedicated-consultant work, branding and 3D web projects, and managed hosting clients.
Leadership
The Team Behind CodeX
CodeX is led by its three co-founders, who stay directly involved in client work from first conversation to long-term support.
Amr Habib
CEO & Co-Founder
Leads CodeX as CEO, setting the company's strategy and direction and leading its client partnerships. Amr is the founder of AXON Marketing Agency and Nexus, an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a former board member of the ICF Egypt Chapter, and a regular speaker at universities, corporations, and multinationals.
Kerolos Gad
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Runs CodeX's day-to-day operations as Managing Director, overseeing project delivery, the team, and client relationships from first pitch through retainer. Kerolos is a backend and cloud engineer, a former tech lead at OBM Education, an EC-Council Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst, and a published IEEE researcher.
Mena Maged
Co-Founder & CTO
Leads CodeX's technology as CTO, setting the technical direction and engineering standards for the team and leading front-end development. Mena is a front-end developer with a background in system administration and network infrastructure, web development experience at OBM Education, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology.
